Wow for someone with such a high postcount you'd think you'd post something that makes sense. So far you have done nothing but flashing fancy words. Certain people think that what you understand, everybody telepathically understands it. You need to give clear explanations preferably with some diagrams and pictures.

To understand the action of the local condenser E in fig.2 let a single discharge be first considered. the discharge has 2 paths offered~~ one to the condenser E the other through the part L of the working circuit C.
