I think one could argue that, if god is so vastly different than religions want to make us believe, it could be more accurate to say that there is no god than that there is a (particular) god.    [Not correct though, in my opinion, and perhaps psychologically not so clever either at times.]

BTW (By the way), what does you acronym GOD stand for? I've only heard of GODS (Guardian of Developing Societies).

I believe that all  religions are based on   a few  spiritual  truths .   
I am saying  that what they are based on is true .
I also believe that ALL of  our well know  religions  specifically  exclude  many  spiritual truths .

I can't  prove to you that God exists .    I do feel  that I have found  proof for myself .
I am not  going into the details.   I have talked about it a little previously on this  thread.
In short  if you want proof  of God  study love ......because  God is love.
If you want more God in your life ......be more loving .

I disagree
I don't think  God punishes  people for playing the game we  came here to play .
I do think that there  are  spiritual laws and  consequences for  our actions though .

Hehehe... Of course my argument was somewhat tongue-in-cheek...

Although, if one assumes that god is a hologram (of that everything, including us, is part of) then that throws off most people's left side of the brain, and while many religions could be interpreted to also (initially attempted to) convey this view, it is just so different to what most people have an image of.

[I'm referring to the following property of a hologram: If you have a glass plate that contains a hologram of an object and break it apart, then each part contains still the whole image of the object.]

I don't  personally  think  the four horsemen are the way 
I think  the way is different for each .   the  possibility's  are infinite .    our karma catches up to us in ways we can't imagine .
