Radiant energy is a term Dr. Nikola Tesla came up with to describe the different form of energy spikes he detected working with DC. The event on 10/14/2008 is just a show.  They are going to show us a big ship that's all.
It will take time to get to the ascension, perhaps more than 20 years.

I am of the understanding that ascension to 4th density is before or on 2012 and fifth density a year after that.  I am also of the understanding that the three days sighting is to be aware of them and then shortly after that we will be speaking and getting assistance from our brothers and sisters to help us ascend.  I also think before we and the earth move densitites the earth needs to be restored to a healthy condition and the visitors will help fix this.
