The hosting company is Servage Hosting:

They have offices in Germany, Sweden, Australian, and the United States.  I don't know where the server that this site is hosted on is located.

I did a Whois lookup on the site and it is on a server in Europe.

Thanks ..  a little better than US hosting ... no way to secure those servers from the gov.
