Free Energy will change the World - Free Energy will stop Climate Change - Free Energy will give us hope
and we will not surrender until free energy will be enabled all over the world, to power planes, cars, ships and trains.
Free energy will help the poor to become independent of needing expensive fuels.
So all in all Free energy will bring far more peace to the world than any other invention has already brought to the world.

Have u made nay prelimenairy tests with the amount of Al oxide from the process?.There could be another problem of removing of Al oxidide from ur rection chamber.Looks like either way ur chamber would have to be somehow replacable.

How fine is the powder?in automatic processes there is a use of venturi mixer for fast moving liquids i bet it would work well with the fine aluminium too.
In this case u would have an air-brush like system with ur cartridge in place of paint,ur water in place of air and ur chamber would be outside the nozzle. On the bottom of the chamber u could have a valve to collect Al oxide residue.

Like that u have no need for replacable reaction chamber(in fact reaction would start take place already in venturi), the oxide is easily removed,Al can be supplied easilly and water flow through the venturi stands for controlls.
Blues it through your outstanding life, leaving more than just footsteps behind (1999 B-stok by me).

By being intensively responsive to what others say,i do run a risk: I open myself up to the opinions of others.i will,at times, have a great understanding for their opinion.Sometimes,i will even change my own opinion because i realize that the other person is right. This "risk" i do not run if i am unresponsive to what others say.

just a thought... My spice containers at home work on have a disk that is about 1" thick and is divided up into compartments(each compartment is measure to 1/4 or a t-spoon). The disk can be spun with the help of grooves on the out side and there is a hole inside the container that has the spices in it and one on the bottom to allow the spice to fall out... because of the size of the chamber if you could pressurize this you would loose very little pressure per rotation...
