I have a theory that the excess energy from tesla coil and don smith device is comming from earths magnetic field (not earths gravitational field). Even though earths magnetic field is weak, if we vibrate it using oscillating electric current it will creates high voltage in the secondary.

What if the JT were shorted with a shorted series-wound bifi coil? 
- and an identical resonant bifi coil was added over that?

Tesla tronix had good results with Slayer Tesla JT....YT
If sparg gap is used in the primary coil ( HV Negative DC Charger 200113 imtotob)  as Tito is using relays
the fly swatter used only 4.8 v dc rechargeable battery   and the spark/ charge generated is significant already ??
so another secondary ( bifilar) can do the trick
