why not two capacitors ? or a capacitor and transformer and a diode bridge to recharge capacitor...oops that was your original setup with batteries , right ?

Now   ive just checked my DC power supply
its a Sony WI II adaptor  wall outlet   220 v ac / 12 v dc
Heres the result
When power is on output is 12 v and sypplies 600 mA to rotate the pulse motor and same time the pulse circuit supplies the ignition coil
the water tap is connected to one leg of 8 parallel led lamps   which is partially lit   70 %
when I switched off the power  the lamps go to 100 % brightness
when  I removed the plug from the wall  the leds are off
when i removed only one   positive or negative dc wire
the lights are on when the adaptor is plugged in
so the present condition
wall adaptor plug switched off by switch meaning live isolated
output dc  wire is connected to the pulse circuit
and igition coil positive connected to positive output of pulse circuit  while negative to negative of input pulse

Conclusion
with open in/ output of wall adaptor  the water tap closes the loop via leds / IGNITION COIL  and reading 110 v ac
EITHER THERES A LEAKAGE  )or induction caused bt the ignition /coil cap to feedback to the positive and negative of pulse output circuit)  FROM PRIMARY GOING TO SECONDARY  WITH NEUTRAL STILL CONNECTED IN THE EXTENSION SOCKET ....
so theres no claim of OU   ONLY SEARCHING AND DISCUSSING FREE ENERGY AS THE FORUM SAY
