Free Energy will change the World - Free Energy will stop Climate Change - Free Energy will give us hope
and we will not surrender until free energy will be enabled all over the world, to power planes, cars, ships and trains.
Free energy will help the poor to become independent of needing expensive fuels.
So all in all Free energy will bring far more peace to the world than any other invention has already brought to the world.

Proposed set up by Gyula  using an E core ( not shown in the block diagram)
please comment for any error

I have a lot of 23 awg  no problemo  18 ga from a salvaged flat screen tv
Manual switching
Do i need to put an insulation or tape around the cores
Winding is
1 From left to right then back  or
2 Unison winding from left to right and cut winding then another left to right
And so on for clockwise and vise versa for ccw
3Do i need insulation for each layer

Hi totoalas,

23 AWG wire sounds ok,  18 ga may be too thick, no need for it.

Yes if you do not have a plastic bobbin for the core,  you have to use insulating tape on the core surface before start winding because wire enamel can get damaged at the core edges. If no bobbin, you may use 4 card board paper pieces cut in L shape to have sides for the windings?  (not obligatory of course)  :D

Winding is just good from say left to right and coming backwards and so on. This is also ok for the bifilar coils. (By the way I do not think you need cw or ccw winding directions, there is the bifilar L1 and L2 and all the other three coils L3, L4 and L5 can have any winding direction because the diode bridges always conduct in the correct direction.  More on this question later, NOW just wind all these 3 coils say cw, ok?

Normally you do not have to use insulation for the layers if the enamel is safe and sound for the wire.  Judge for yourself, there is no harm if you use.

Regarding your proposed drawing, I edited it and corrected two connections, (the negative wire ends for the capacitors were connected to a wrong place in your original drawing).  I gave the name TESLA_MOD_POWER AMPLIFIER 050113.png for the corrected drawing, see attached.

So you wind two wires bifilarly for L1 and L2, always guiding the two wires in parallel and then please notice that the ends of L2 are replaced with each other when you make the connections into the circuit as shown in the new drawing, IF you do not get it, please ask.

thanks
I have the insulating material for winding in iron cores   this I will use .....
Polarity      ---   ok
need to rest for 3 hours before I start my winding journey    lol

Cc
Capsrelay using square caps from a fluorescent fixture and a relay 12 or 24 v 2no 2nc is the one i will use
Also can you post a sketch of ur set up for comparison
Tnks

You can try those, but higher uf is much better i think...

Hi all,
For this test i have 2 multimeters connected to the two caps for dc voltage measurement.Ok here's my quick test today, i pre charged c1 with 10vdc, c2 is zero volts, i close sw1, induction occurs, c1 voltage drops to almost zero, then c2 generates 2.5vdc, i did it vice versa....almost the same readings...
conclusion; i need to wind more for the secondary coils to generate more voltage, for the 300 turns = to 2.5 volts, maybe i need to wind 1000 turns to get to the 10v input range... Thats all for now....
