The way I see it the neg energy is bounced back and forth through the secondary while the pos energy is allowed to exit through the diode----pos ion gen

The opposite is true for the neg gen.

Current flows in the direction of applied voltage.  The transformer secondary in both cases loads the primary on both half cycles.  Take the positive ion generator as an example:

During the half cycle where the transformer winding swings negatively top to bottom, the horizontal capacitor charges.  Power transfers from the transformer primary to the horizontal capacitor through the vertical diode.  During the next half cycle where the transformer winding swing positively top to bottom, the vertical capacitor charges.  Power transfers from the transformer primary through the horizontal capacitor, horizontal diode and vertical capacitor.  "Positive power", ie a load appears across the input power source each and every half cycle.

For every action there is an equal and opposite reaction.
The coil is pulsed with pos or neg energy and gives back an equal but opposite reaction.

To get more from the system than is put in the coils need to be ionized using a separate ionizing circuit.

The ionizing the coils create is proportional to the energy being applied.

Give the coils something to draw from.

If the coil is in and ionized cloud it has a source to draw from that is greater than the energy applied.

We use the term magnetic field but actually its its the electric field that collapses into the coil.
