If its about pulsing a dc current at 600hz 1200hz 19000hz or 45 khz....we have replicated all the circuits but no amazing results..... are the part numbers wrong.... like not all parts are equal? different 555 timers or different mosfets used....what else could it be that effects the water so much and is a par of the circuit....?

No here is something to open the bag of cats... what if its not a single frequency but multiple frequencies? or multilayerd? Or step ups?
