So I know it's possible. I cannot express how important this could be to get this information out to the public A.S.A.P; i.e., how to fabricate ones own solar cells. If we have a global depression, then I foresee a good percentage of the population slowly migrating to rural areas forming small communities that will work together. If true, then it will be important for these communities well being to have such technology. I  don't have time right now to go into the details why "free energy" will be vitally important. Anyhow, could someone please find some people who have the time to learn the best (cheapest & *easiest*) methods to fabricate homemade solar cells? If they need some quick help, then forward my email address. The only methods I'm aware of making such solar cells is by means of a substantial vacuum, but perhaps there's a simper method. Not that it's a big deal to make such a vacuum, mind you. To make such a vacuum requires a two stage pump; e.g., a diffusion pump, and a rotary vane pump. Diffusion pumps are extremely simple, and I'd imagine it's not terribly difficult to make one. Diffusion pumps last forever, as there's no moving parts. I've seen used ones for sale on ebay for about $300 to $400. A homemade one might cost less than $100.
