I talked to this guy about half a year ago, not sure if this is the same poster, but it was the same video, and he said it was done using triangular shaped magnets.  We don't even know if it's a real motor, it could easily be nothing.  Might try messaging him.  I got the feeling from the person I talked with, that he was kind of bs'ing, but you never know.  I got a couple ideas of my own, but in the end even if you get the wheel to turn, how much torque will you be able to harness from it.  I think we need virtual rotors.
