You might know that the rivers flow and the wind blows because of the sun.

Actually the real issue is not about overunity or free energy (energy is always free, because the universe does not bill it). It is about having his own powerful energy converter inclusive fuel supply to keep it running - instead of paying someone else for this.

Energy from AC outlet is not free, because I do not own the generator nor do I own the fuel for it.
Energy from central heating is not free, although I own the central heating, I have to buy gas or oil to keep it working.
Energy from solar panel is free, because I own the solar panel and even the fuel for it is supplied for gratis. Unfortunately it's not steady and powerful enough.

But if there were a large river flowing next to everybody's home, then all energy matters could be solved by supplying inexpensive waterwheels for everyone.

So, could there be a large river (not discovered yet) next to everybody's home which can be tapped by a certain kind of waterwheels?
