is telling us ?

Seems to be some kind of special transformer.

The question is, if the function generator is really so powerful
to generate so much power to drive a lamp load, so maybe there is
a power amplification in this transformer device ?

it´s Zatzarinin´s transformer demonstrated by the guy.
Zatzarinin´s transformer has an copper tube with a cut inside
of the ferrite ring core.
The signal is a modulated signal.
I have document links in russian language only, he seems to be totally
unknown outside of russia.

Like amigo said there is efforts of comprehending the coil
as a scalar wave transceiver which i have pointed out in this thread
a couple of weeks ago.
