I mean success in utilizing high voltage(for me it was the only way).I was pulsing capacitors charge from the rotovertor circuit  to a 240/12v transformer using IGBT.I was able to get 11.5volts/1.8amp using 18volts/750ma for the input.I will try to reproduce the circuit and I will post it to youtube. I am thinking of a better way to collect and utilize high voltage but I had no time for it...
