Working device? Even if would have one already assembled and show video how you consider it would not be fake? :-)

Our team is still learning even there was OU number of times in our hands. The main reason why - it should pass health&safety checks and should be easy to reproduce. None of our experiments fallen into this criteria so far.
And in regards to yoke device there was lots of information in pages 500-600 of this thread. The only one guy I know in US did replicated our NMR effect was ZerroFossilFuel who do not have appropiate laboratory to finish what we found once again... The video links I posted tells about different approach when you got choke inside of air core high current transformer magnetic field and interacting with output coil in means of resonance in series while air core transformer primary is on resonance in parrallel on same frequency. I picked Mr. Romanov as good explanator because nobody else even explained this stuff so far then following videos show same principles utilized in devices. The first seen of this approach was in Hendershot's device on 1930's.

If you got enough of knowledge to compare what I just did wrote your logic will find all similarities and same principles used in different devices, Kapanadze included.

When you get your hands dirty on this stuff while actually assembling and tuning devices the entire TK thread goes into past like bad dream...

Aren't these two discs always the same two discs made of brass and steel? One setup is with housing (aquarium) the other without.

IMO these spin-up vibrations are caused by short beta current pulses repeating at low PRF or a motor in the base.

Motor in the base or beta current pulses is quite a difference, isn't it?

If you listen carefully you will notice that the frequency of the spin-up vibration is constant and does not increase proportionally to the angular speed of the disks (RPMs), however the frequency of the bearing noise (low rumbling) does vary with the angular speed (during spin-ups and spin-downs). 
A motor hidden in the base would create a speed dependent vibration on-spin-up, unless the belts in the pillow block bearings were slipping (lot of friction).

The most significant observation is that almost the whole device is visible in plain view. The only thing that is hidden is the generator (oscillator) that provides the toroidal coil with current. But (IMHO) in those wires there cannot be more than ordinary electrical current. So what's the deal with that magnetic field generated by the toroid?

It is more probable that TK has stumbled upon one operating principle and developed it, than that he stumbled upon two distinct principles.

How can one stumble upon such a motor construction?

Unless he already had those disks in his scrap yard for free. (...or sheet brass to make them out of it).
Also, I think 10 years ago brass was cheaper than now.

Maybe the price for brass goes up because it can generate free energy? 

A smaller device might work but not as well as the large one because smaller devices require higher RF stimulating frequency and the penetration depth of RF into conductors decreases with increasing frequency (and permeability) 

But if the tin can works on the same principle then it is as smaller device indeed.

No, there are significant alterations between two of these videos, not only the material of the disks.

You did not answer my question about the significancy of the the saw-like vibration frequency, that is independent of the angular velocity of those disks.

IMO it is a camouflaged air core rotary transformer or it is eye-candy.
