   Thank you for at least mentioning where to look for the wild goose.
   I never assume that anything is fake, if I can't prove it, but not all devices are worth or deserve the attention. If I find that the nuclear decay is what is causing the output, I will not go further into that direction. As I am rightfully afraid of radiation, and what I can't see, smell, touch or taste, or possibly protect myself from. Sorry, but that's just me. 
I caught on to this thread only after a 1000 pages, so there is some things that I missed. Although some would say, not much.
  You may be right, in your assumptions, but we really need to confirm this aspect, not just with a Geiger counter. So, that kitchen table experimenters, like me, aren't risking their health, etz... I don't want to have to walk around in my house in a lead box.

  The new video (no battery no ground) gave me hope. 
  My yokes are on, and working, now with this renewed hope, and faith.
  And, having these devices light bulbs with no input, will be my main objective.

   I have the logic, but... maybe a little rusty.  I am now placing Al tube inside of the Exciter type air core or yokes to test how this Kacher idea can improve the current output. I don't have a copper pipe with a slit, on hand, yet.
Any help and ideas are welcome.

You did not answer my question about the significancy of the the saw-like vibration frequency, that is independent of the angular velocity of those disks.

What exactly is it that creates this saw-like vibration frequency? The discs? Or the electronics?

This printed circuit board does not look self-made. So what is it? Or, what was it before TK abused it for his purposes?

IMO it is a camouflaged air core rotary transformer or it is eye-candy.

So either it does something or it does not. That's the usual choice.
