If 4 is a closed loop with electrons circulating in it coming from ground 5 then the ground must be connected galvanically to the closed loop. If so, then why not connect ground 5 directly to the loop connector 4? Why this strange symbol?

If ground 5 is not connected galvanically to the closed loop 4 then how can electrons pass from the ground to the loop? There can't be any exchange of electrons through a pure inductive connection (induction conductor).

Regarding the plus and minus signs: This could be high voltage bias.

But one thing is for sure, there are no exotic parts involved in this. It should all work with ordinary stuff out of the junk box.

But this is not the setup presented in the Stepanov videos. A 3-phase circular saw (load 11) does not run on DC (capacitor 10) switched by a single transistor (8).

Hence I do not know what this schematic could be.

All inverters have a passage DC  and then converted into a three-phase, the diagram shows
only the device generating DC the inverter is not indicated.
