- why in every kapanadze device there is inverter 12vdc to 220vac lying around?
- someone notice that Amp clamp going crazy over tesla HV HF?
- WHAT IF?, kapanadze devices only get's the Amp only from influence of HV HF?
sure no need to reduce the HF since 200vac came from 50Hz inverter.

Hi step4,
So all that is needed is a rough voltage/current/frequency out of device to charge battery and use inverter output to pull off smooth 240 volts 50 hertz for everything else.

when kapa say "closed magnetic circuit" my insting sez that is not an LC form,but truly closed circuit coil only

in green box show the goverment guys put amp clamp to GROUND cable and its show 23 for 5 lamp attached, why GROUND show such big Ampere?false reading? i don't think so.as i remember kapa device need ground from (earth).again i believe it's related with that Closed Magnetic Circuit(CMC).what i'm trying to say is that CMC (IN RESONANCE MODE to primary) connected to ground earth and not to fasa line.
