That was experimented by certain Filipino who's student at that time, name Dondie as I know, but patented by other guy for buseness interest.

I know the construction of that welding device as I am doing it at home several times but I don't see any principle that will lead to OU theory, as the device is just a simple construction of giant w...wound r......r (inductive reactance). It uses single live wire from main power line then in series to that device and earth ground for complete electric path.

For me, earth gnd play the most important rule in that device and the person who will use that should be very much aware of electricity, must be very insulated from earth gnd or live wire, or else may kill u!

Maybe... except small thing : they tested it submerged in water ! The only way I could imagine it works is by creating artificial perfect ground so EM energy is sucked into device exactly as described by SR words about "dark energy"
Of course I know there are plenty of fake copies around but original device seem safe to use.

I have a good practice of HF circuits. I must point out that a frequency of 60/70 Khz is not compatible with the value of the external coil (this one having 6 turns). It is by far too low. We cannot expect for a correct coupling at this frequency.
1 Mhz is for me the lower possible limit of the frequency range for the functioning of the TK's external coil with an efficient coupling for transfer of power and for the possibility to tune it at a resonant frequency.
For the rest about the principle of HF current with a 50 hz modulation, this point was already mentioned several times since last year and I agree.

The device is fully sealed even submerging to water doesn't matter.  Both end terminals are open for quick tapping. Almost no current is passing from end to end terminals via water because the reactance of coil inside the box is very-very small, no electrolysing is being done on water upon submerging it. Current is passing through coils towards load, not to the man who's holding the prod with insulated body from earth. But in case at the moment that the welding rod is not at the time of sparking, then you hold the rod and any part of your body is in contact with earth gnd, what will happen? Seems the power that you seen on that sparks will pass through your body towards gnd! Shock may varies depending on occurrence, it could be fatal depending on every situation.

As you can see the guy who used to demo is wearing safety shoes but there was part that he felt a bit shocked! We can hold live wire without any shock as long as we are not connectd to gnd and as long as the power is not in KV range, right?

Earth Gnd is used as a pair of power line in Philippines. In Metro manila where I leave, if you take one line & ground you can get 110V power. The more deep you put your ground is, the stronger power you get. The less gnd means less voltage plus that series device, so if less voltage it will asssumed approximately the same voltage as welding machine, 36 to 80V variations with a big amount of current is more than enough for heavy duty welding! That's how it works! BTW, that device was tested to use continouosly without overheating very light weight and easy to carry everywhere.

As I understand, earth is the most plying part in that welding device. That similar way can use to kick the power back towards grid when somebody want to turn the electric meter rotation backwards! I know that theory very clearly but I hate that way, and no way to do it!
