Thats the interesting part. In the video the voltage jumps around. Its only at -1179 volts for just this screen shot all other times its fluctuating between 600 and 300 or so.

here 2 more angles of the 2nd wire. It seems to bend towards the center of the coil.
The 2nd pic shows a cable being connected to the few turn coil and taped with isolation tape to it. Hard to say if that is maybe the 2nd cable coming from the box.
