@Shokac: I have been wondering about what and most of all why something is rolled up inside the secondary coil core for a while.
The fact that this is really multiple layers instead of just something to fill the core seems to indicate that indeed this is a (coil) capacitor too.
This is clearly visible, so it's no speculation.
What is not visible is how the possible capacitor poles are actually connected.
From the perspective of the particular pic you posted, there is nothing connected to those layers. And from the other side there is only one cable clearly visibly entering the coil in a way that always made me think it would actually connect to something in the coil core rather than become part of the winding.


I have also been wondering what aspect of the aquarium device makes it yield 3kW compared with the new device just powering 200W lamps.
It could be that the higher capacitance resulting from the sheets and layers is mainly responsible for that. The shielding of the coax cable in the new device has a much lower capacitance in comparison and there is no similar multilayered material in the new core.

I agree coax capacitor is something special.
But I also pointed out months ago that there was a coax cable inside the copper tubing and it could very well be used as a capacitor.  That idea was never really accepted back then. This is not a trick or secret.

We still don't know what is hidden in the Green Box and in that plastic box on top of the new video.
I'm guessing (of course I don't know for sure) the secret is in there.
