I don't have an inductance meter.
I have abandoned this coil arrangement as I have discovered  a better one. It was a good inspiration. Now  I use a primary and a secondary coil. Not ready to publish results as I am very busy doing  testing to this new way of utilizing Energy.

Primary and secondary are NOT connected in series ?

Based on the translation mentioned here: http://www.overunity.com/index.php?PHPSESSID=98c0bad6b250d8c9328545111ac1ad9b&topic=9328.msg245944#new  titled 'Principle of work of Tariel Kapanadze's device' statements made in that work would seem to indicate you do NOT want to wind a coil so the 2nd coil is exactly a 1/4 wavelength of the bigger coil.  In other works most seem to recommend to wind a 80-90 turn coil and a 20-30 turn second cocoil.  So I think what you want to avoid doing (as I was planning) is to wind for example 88 turns and 22 turns or 84 turns and 21 turns.  My original thoughts were this would be a gogood idea and might cause resonance better but based on what I think I am getting from that document it sound like it is a bad idea.  Anyone else have some thoughts on this?

you have created a permanent magnet and observed induction, wow.

How totally wrong! Try it yourself. It's nothing like permanent magnet. It does not attract anything else, does not even move compass! But both parts stick together like strong magnets. When I break the configuration by force and try just to stick them together again they dont stick. Do not attract anything else also.

Anyone who thinks this is ordinary permanent magnet has not tried or is disinfo agent. I have technical degree and I do fairly complex stuff @ work, so I know when I see permanent magnet and when I see something else...

wolf, you do not need a spark to get a "current" in ferrites, just a short blast of juice in regular steel will do the trick:

Now compare this with thick copper rod inside Kapanazde coil , and with video "strange russain transformer"

So WHY bulb work there is NO TRANSFORMATION of current ... we have HV at the top of TC and insiginificant current.... but again bulb works. and determined by bulb voltage of that plate near TC can not oscilate more than 220V...
So will 1mhz at 220V for that plate capacity make enough power ? capacity of that plate near is probably 16pF. and OF IT OSCILATES AT about 1mhz if I am corrent that about 0.4 W.. WHY THAN light bulb works ?

Classic TC reciver tranmistter has miny turn and low turn wire ... load is connceted to low turn wire ... we here have only metal plate near TC ...

EXPLAIN that ... and probably you sill explain how kapanadze device work
