The Kapanadze device*,  repeatedly is has been said that:
1) It sucks electrons from ground and it uses ONE ground as per video shows (not two).
2) It draws its power from the ground (lower quality ground - radiator- far less efficiency)
The device just stimulates the ground to give power.

Squeeze your minds to understand a procedure able at sucking electrons from ground at a large amperage and slow rate (50Hz or so) to such a small device. As Tesla have said, it requires some concept/theory instead of deligently go straw after straw.

Personally i could not think any. Before rushing again replicating Kapanadze, first try to interpret what you see, and make it to a functional model, (even though not OU at first)
That would be the 90% of the solution.

Don't mistake the fly. It is often necessary, it has not the bad role in the fable.

You accuse people while knowing nothing about them.
Many people here and elsewhere use courage and imagination for starting their own devices. But nobody succeeded in finding neither OU nor even interesting ways. So these people undertake experiments, make observations but don't talk about their results which remain conventional.

Nevertheless among them some publish experiments (good thing if they are not classic) and claim they have OU (bad thing until now). So when OU is claimed, it is natural for the others to try to duplicate these "inventions". The problem is that either they are scams, or measurement errors, or pure fantasy from egocentrics needing recognition or from sincere believers wrongly seeing in conventional results what they dreamed instead of reality.
Surely there are normal errors. But claiming OU on the base of inaccurate measure devices and without having checked and rechecked and rerechecked is not a "normal error". It is a not excusable fault wasting everybody's time.
