TK refers to the high voltage coil/cap thing as "primary coil" in the aquarium video.
Since the coax coil carries high voltage as well, it is likely to be also a primary.
Technically there are 3 coils in the new device, so it can get a bit confusing
determining their names.

After reading the TK patent for the first time, i was under the expression that the weird way in which the function is described could be due to translation issues for the patent application.
Yet, assuming that this is accurately describing the operation principle, it is the only source of info on the matter.
Attached is the core pieces that talk about the different fields involved.
3 (!) kinds of energies are mentioned. Nothing new in regards to heavyside etc.

I still have a hard time adapting this patent to a simple device such as the new TK device. He states that there is indeed (at first) high frequency in the second bobbin, but is then corrected to the operating frequency.
Maybe that is what is happening in that PVC box.
After all the red cable is going to the PVC box and closes through the ground via the lamps.

Question is if "stabilizing the difference of 2 magnetic fields" means essentially "cancelling 2 different magnetic fields" or having them at a constant "deltaB" at the same frequency like 2 curves with a phase offset.
And more importantly how would you achieve that ?

They would have a constant difference between them.
The resultant waveform could be calculated to be 50 Hz (e.g. 50050 Hz and 50000 Hz) and would still contain higher frequencies which would need to be removed just as described in the patent by isolating the beat frequency somehow.
