It appears you set them to private before I had a chance to view them...  I find your approach to the kacher quite interesting, I wouldn't let a few naysayers discourage you.   Just ignore their posts and continue sharing your results, those that want to learn will - those who don't simply won't. 

I tend to be a bit analytical in the sense I want to know what the input and output is before I jump to any conclusions, I've been fooled before.   Don't take that as disbelief or that I'm trying to put down what your doing in any way - that is not my intention - I'm simply trying to prove, to myself, that what you have is real - proving your theory as best I can with the information you provided.   If I didn't believe I wouldn't have bothered attempting to build one.

To many people will become naysayers without even attempting to build a device, I've found over the years that even if you can't get it to work as the original inventor you always learn something from the build.    All to often there is much information left out of the description and you have to "guess" at what was done... maybe intentional maybe the inventor "assumes" a certain knowledge.   There are so many variables that it would be near impossible to replicate a device without clear and specific parameters of the original.   Sometimes it requires some previous experience of "how you got there", the experiments and devices that led you to the final version to truly understand what is going on.   The missing " Ah ha !  " moments of understanding what the original inventor saw keeps people clueless of what to expect or what their looking for.   


On the "homebrewed" HV caps I use the Pelican snow flite sleds for the dielectric.   I noticed they increased in price considerably since I purchased them - maybe because it's winter.   Still far cheaper than a store bought cap and if they do flash over you can repair them. http://www.amazon.com/Pelican-Snow-Flite-Roll-Plastic/dp/B002QZ2Q86 .   It would be nice to find this stuff on rolls - I make a lot of caps in various sizes for experimenting and purchasing caps of various sizes is simply to expensive for me.

I think  secret may be in caduceus and pickup coil associated with 2 spark gaps and ferrite rod.

Concept is easy to build.
instead of HV flyback there is HV driver for around  $4 per transistor.
by delivering signal  from  generator 5V-20V  there is the chance to create 5-40KV I suggest to myself :)m closely fallow

I do not consider buying  it, thousands of dollars is not worth spending  cost of transistors around $4 per piece.But they definitely have good products .

Steve I'm glad you stuck around. Listen if anything we have found out that given the one way pulse it attracts a certain back flow or response of the medium that we send the pulse into. What if separating the pulse from the load is the answer. Pulse then divert the inrush through the load. Sort of a vacuum pump but in the electrical field spectrum. Tesla could have easily made an avramenko plug via tubes. This would allow the pulse to happen and broadcast the ping via antenna then the inrush would be directed into the load via the plug automatically. I think you should try this direction. Make sure you try shielding on anything up to the load to make sure the broadcast doesn't go off before you are ready to direct it to the antenna then the load. The antenna must be in the second part of the circuit and function like the in and out of the second part of the circuit.

Think about why Tariel can not sell your installation?
Perhaps the answer is that it does not pass control of the radiation?
This control are all appliances, a test for radiation safety. The device controls the past, has the icon of the Council of Europe on the label.
