Nice sense of humour 

Prior of building an energy converter it wouldn't be the worst idea to identify the source of the energy that will be used. Perhaps this could result in a lot of advantages. One of them would be that an Earth immersed in electric plasma sounds first rather cool and second there is no need to violate any laws of physics while playing around with such an energy-from-thin-air generator, means you could easily explain it even to your grandma.

If it looks like a Kapanadze device then most likely it is fake (or just non-working).

  It is something similar to what I'm currently working on now, which also shows the same lighting effects.  I've been able to drop the input current from 10v, 1.4 amps, to 12v 500mAs, (or less current), with the same brightness as before. Which is comparable to the brightness of a 14watt Cfl bulb running on grid power. I'm still working on this device, but will show pictures and a video when I have it running as best as I can get it.

You also do not have working device by your scheme!
For the options that you have schemes in another forum asked me to check, there was no positive results. Therefore, the same can be said about your opinion. You first get a COP> 1, and then talking about 50 Hz, and who is right and who is wrong. And yet all have the right to express his opinion.

@guyuslan, this is fake the coil contains quite big batteries,someone posted a vid showing the parts dismantled. I still do not understand why people do this.
