The Shark video demonstrates how we harvest a tiny amount of energy
from each impulse, so to get power, we have to compress as many
impulses as we can over the same interval of time.  At some frequency
threshold, we are able to harvest more energy than required to keep
the portal open.  The concept involved is one of flow--once the flow is
established, it tends to keep flowing with very little assistance on our
part.  We can utilize resonance to do most of the work.

Stepping up voltage by waves superposition (Tesla coil) and  stepping-down in normal transformer way. Volts-to-Amps.
3. Measurements done by cheap electric  multi tool and clamp meters at high frequencies are misleading. They are designed for 50-400Hz max.

For everyone's information - COP>1 does not exist neither in nature! nor in official physics! remember it well!..... with anything resembling COP>1 are rejected by patent offices!( since ancient times!..)
- You are shown, all over the place here approximate ways to approach the 1 system!
There is no way any self-powering is higher than 1! (Everyone realizes this, but they want to fool themselves big time!.. )
