Hi Cap.

I am a moderate vegetarian, I don't eat meat of any animal, however I did drink milk but after seeing that video I don't think I'll be drinking it any more.

Juice from now on.

Well Jerry, no matter what they put in it, we are the only species that drink milk after gestation.

That doesn't seem right to me.

I am now wondering if the 'milk products' that is in many products is also harmful.

The question now is, what can you still eat on your daily bread at all ?

As I eat normally a lot of cheese on the bread, but cheese is also made from
the same milk products ?

What could be eaten instead ?

Bio No-Meat paste is always very expensive and
is not available always and sometimes does not taste well...

So what do you put on your daily bread to eat for a healthy
breakfast ?
