This is the photo of the 60 cm Tong Po Chi Lead-Out Energy for the Inno-Carnival 09 in Hong Kong.

I just took the readings with two helpers - Forever and Debbie.

The World will see the Meter Reading from Nov 5-8, 2009.  The debunkers and insulters are welcome.
