any fatalities yet in connecting hho cell to inlet manifold?

hi guys
im very much into vacuum hydrolisis
this means connecting hho fuel cell directly to inlet manifold for maximum vacuum. i would of course use the best flashback arrestor i can get. ive done this before on a small scale-just adding hho to the usual petrol driven car engine. i intend to make a large cell and add another generator so i can get a lot of volts. should be enough to power a 1500cc engine on just water.
now, because of the tremendous suction that will happen-if i get a backfire- would the arrestor still do its job? what about putting 2 arrestors on the hose to make sure. and has there been reports of fatalities or explosions in not using a bubbler?
thankyou

Go ahead and try it out. Use common sense and the proper safety measures. "Vacuum hydrolysis" as you put it is a great way to produce water vapor more than actual HHO gases. Even though it looks like there is more gas production with a vacuum, but, what you are seeing is an increase in water vapor which is what water turns into at less than 0 atmospheres. Flash back arrestors work fine and I would suggest using brass wool for a very inexpensive solution to backfiring. You could even go a little above and beyond by trying to utilize a positive gas ionizer(air ionizer) after the HHO cell, making the HHO gases/atoms all positive, which keeps them from reforming until detonation. You would have to ionize the intake air also for best results though. If you don't try, you will never know...

Good Luck!

I plugged mine right into my air cleaner and have NEVER had any problems or Flashbacks.

I used a Stainless Steel container and fastened the Car Negative Wire right to the container.  That way I only needed 1 Wire (Positive) going inside the Stainless Container.  Most guys have 2 Wires going into the top of their Hydroxy Units which makes things more complicated.

I haven't heard of any fatalities either, but take as many precautions as you can. I have experimented with HHO in the passed using a high voltage driven cell running at just under 100 volts at around 12 amps. The original cell run quite hot so I mounted a rectangular block cell in front of the radiator connected to a header/bubbler tank higher up. The idea of using this arrangement was to circulate the hot rising hho/water up to the header by convection where it cooled and returned to a bottom inlet feed on the cell. This arrangement worked fine for me and kept the system nice and cool. Sadly insurance companies over here take a dim view of DIY HHO experimenters and wouldn't insure. So just in case of accidents I dismantled it all. BTW you need to modify your airflow injection system to compensate for feeding into the manifold. ( you are probably already aware though) have fun.

In general;

Only the amount HHO gas can detonate is that which has been
generated and is yet to be used, so keep that amount very low.
Don't knowingly store HHO, the diesel pressure of HHO is only
400psi.

There are things one can do to make the flashback situation safer.

a) Use low pressure, so those hoses can pop of the connectors
first.
b) Don't run the electrolyser long before the engine is turning.
c) Use a copper tape link that interupts 12Vdc to the electrolyser
if the electrolyser header ruptures.
d) Use a separate fuse on the electrolyser circuit wires, sized
appropriately.

A pipe with brass wool in it seems low cost, low back pressure,
flashback insurance to me. One should be enough.

I'm sure insurance companies don't like HHO experiments.
I don't like hydrogen, but I think it's use is pretty much
of a necessity for the future. As is usual, its a situation
requring intelligence and technical balance.
