Free Energy will change the World - Free Energy will stop Climate Change - Free Energy will give us hope
and we will not surrender until free energy will be enabled all over the world, to power planes, cars, ships and trains.
Free energy will help the poor to become independent of needing expensive fuels.
So all in all Free energy will bring far more peace to the world than any other invention has already brought to the world.

Since this unit will be using a JOULE thief I thought this might be the best place to put this.

Attached is a pdf... I am looking for somebody to make the two turned aluminum components for a prototype... I just need a quote. I am the author of the DWG so I have source... I can produce 3D model if needed.

If you know of anyone please forward them this thread. I would really like to have this done within this community.

Also any input is as always appreciated.

Thanks

I've used these folks for one-offs.  The software is easy to use, and they can handle just about any machining you need.  Plus they give you a very fast quote once you submit the drawing.

As a footnote,  They've got a PCB sister company that does the same thing.  Design your PCB with their free software, submit, RFQ, purchase.  Nice and simple.

Where do you live? Do you have a university with a Department of Mechanical Engineering? They might do it for free.

Does your invention have an electric or electronic component? If so, the Depatment of Electrical Engineering might do it for free, especially if you could bring into your work a second year student as part of their second year project.

I have a small turret lathe, with a 20" bed and used it to make parts for my Stan Meyers project.
How large are the parts to be (outside diameters) ?
