From the  installation guide, they show a photo of bunch of wires (none labled) that need stripped and connectors need to be soldered on.   Yes you need an electrician to install this.

Strip all wires that come out of the bottom of the box.
Strip off approx ¼ inch of shielding on all wires to show copper. This
will allow the wire to fit in the ring connectors and make a good
connection. Solder one ring connector onto each wire.
Notice there will be 5 sets of 2 wires or 7 sets of 2 wires (depending
on which unit you have). One set of 2 wires is thinner and should be
kept separate. These 2 wires are 12 volt only wires."

As usual when a real lousy scammer is dreaming, he exaggerates everything.
His company has no money and now he's hiring 112 people in a very strange way.
It's easy to advertise on your own website. It cost nothing. But there will be no hiring.
This is just another trick to fool people into believing he's actually going in production.

If the hiring process was using well established newspapers where each position had
detailed description and the hiring process was handled by a consultant company that
was specialized in this matter.....then he might have something going on.
But you will never see such an approach. Simply because it would cost him real money.

The newspapers in his area had no idea that he was hiring.

Seems the jobs are only listed on his site.

I know a number of people who have said that they gave him up front money for a unit but so far have only received excuses.

I dont know if he is for real or not.

If so, why having an open display of the product line on the website???
If they really work then he wouldn't have to show them at all.
Finally, selling home units is such a narrow minded small business.
Secure the rights and license the technology world wide for selected "big business" customers.
