This has nothing to do with "opposing free energy". I do my judgement on different aspects:
1) what has been promoted, how it is presented, what has been delivered, as well as the professional or non-professional attitude of its members (Panacea)
2) own research in alternative energy technologies, trying to replicate and experiment with certain devices myself, knowledge of how to work and document findings scientifically, investigating results from others, parallels in todays technology...

...and finally evaluating all of these together. So far, however, Panacea, resp. Mr. Ashtweth has delivered nothing usable, except some papers found everywhere on the internet, empty speeches on podcasts, and a lot of flamewars in the evgray yahoo group.

What "Panacea" lacks most however is evaluating inventions. Therefore it does not even deserve the title "University" (which it is not in fact). I could name 30 more detailed reasons on how messed up it really is only by investigating the contents of the website and its so called "references", but I won't waste my breath anymore on people who don't even realize how they push the "Free Energy Scene" in a bad light with their total ignorance. Mr. Ashtweth really needs to apply himself some serious skills.

gauscher,  Panacea has tons of excellent info on their site and I believe Ash has obtained a Steorn license to study and replicate the Orbo.  He and his associates have done a great deal for alternate energy.  He apparently has created some enemies and I can only guess that is either based on those who oppose free energy or on ego.

Hi E2matrix, its all good my Friend this guy is a time waster nothing more, dont waste your time on this dumb ass, he doesn't know a word of what he is talking about. Let this thread die my friend i forgot why i dont post here any more, a forum where a dumb ass who knows nothing and can criticize  open source engineers work on the uni site and is  allowed to criticize rex research and panacea. I have every  technology here working from the course and its posted in the PDF, so do others, yet this dumb ass posts inaccurate information and makes some reference to past EVGRAY or some thing thats got nothing  do with any thing.

And this dumb ass is allowed to spam the forum? COMICAL. Even on my worst days i have done 10000 times more for open source then this dumb ass. Dont worry about replying to him, he is at best a waste of time. At best he is working for the oil companies for FREE which i find amusing.

I have to mix in...and sorry if I hurt your feelings but I'm with Gauschor in this.
Your so called university is nothing but a website. It has no rights being called university.
It's just a collection of dubious research with no credibility or proven results what so ever.
And there's no ongoing questioning whether the research is valid or not.
In a "real" university this would be the case.....the most important case!

I dare to say this in risk of being banned for telling the truth, which is not appreciated here!

Sorry Dood. We state on the page its not an official university YET and we call it that cause we (the open source community) teach - That is stated clearly. I already posted that. But who cares.

we dont care what  you think about that, engineers i know from here and us have replicated material that's posted in the courses. I have already posted that, what are you blind?

There is great support for free energy and alternative energy. here is a geat $1 billion project just anounced in Australia making fresh water out of wind energy. There are several more multi Billion projects in the pipeline I know of. What attracts support if truth and logic. if it can be verified by thrid parties, makes economic sense then it willhappen.
