Free Energy will change the World - Free Energy will stop Climate Change - Free Energy will give us hope
and we will not surrender until free energy will be enabled all over the world, to power planes, cars, ships and trains.
Free energy will help the poor to become independent of needing expensive fuels.
So all in all Free energy will bring far more peace to the world than any other invention has already brought to the world.

So considering this, do these bulbs look like they are about 1/10th of their full brightness?
yes. a scope shot, current and voltage measurements would convince me however.

In actuality, showing there is more real power output in reality is more proof than meters which can be misleading, misread and incorrect.

Hell, I've made digital current meters read many amps DC when an analog meter showed nothing at all, there were not even milliamps flowing.

I perfectly agree. I have been involved in power HF devices, and it is very easy with high HF voltages and currents (sometimes not even very strong) to greatly disturb any measurements from digital equipments.

It is clear that Kapanedze generator creates strong HF currents that can propagate everywhere -including towards the electric grid- by radiating, by induction or by capacitively coupling. Without extremely careful precautions, such Faraday cage, chokes, decoupling capacitors... we can measure 1 KW instead of 1 W or vice versa.

hi,

I have made an kapagen with mot cap an diode HV. I take good spark gap but I cannot take an AC voltage on my lamp. I read an ac voltage about 5v ac. I have 3 ground, the lamp ground  is 15m far from my kapagen. What must I do? Have some an idea?
