you made the claim about the natives of the north showing the effects of the north magnetic effect. problem is a magnets
north end is a north seeking end. check any compass. that makes the north end of the earth a south polarity magnet.
you showed the effect you claim is wrong.
a stopped clock is right twice a day but i would not try to keep time with one.
