Reid had a lot of good stuff, but it seems he or someone removed a lot of it. Maybe because he's marketing it soon. Some of his stuff is in German. Some at this forum, Koen, knows a lot more about Marcus Reid, and is kind of working with him.

BTW, I've analyzed diodes & piezos about every possible way. When they are left undisturbed in extremely thick shielding, they will continue to produce DC current & DC voltage. I've done so many tests ranging from testing contact voltages to even testing for radioactivity.

I've worked with some physicists & EE's (by profession) and they can't find the source either. The best explanation so far is that there is something about the intense electric field that conventional science is completely unaware of. The piezo and also diodes produces a natural continuous internal electric field. The electric field in the piezo is due to ferroelectricity. The electric field in the diode is at the junction and is due to the difference in electron affinity.

So it's believed that this E-field somehow (unknown) can produce DC current & voltage. It might be due to a quantum tunneling effect caused by ambient thermal noise where the electrons have a tendency to tunnel in one direction more often than the other direction due to the polarized E-field.
