New french hydrogen on demand motor presented !

I received the letter from him:

Dear Madam, dear Sir,


On November 16th of 2005, I filed an application for a patent of
invention with the National Institute of the Industrial Property (INPI)
concerning an hydrogen motor. Having received December 8th of 2005,
announcement of deposit giving evidence of the admissibility of my patent, I
received on December 15th the authorization of disclosure and exploitation
(See letter of the enclosed INPI).

This new hydrogen motor allows to do completely without oil productions,
without oil, without alcohol or without quite other fuel of this nature.

The principle of this engine is that the hydrogen is produced at the time of
the use without electric power, by separating the hydrogen and the oxygen of
the water, by a process different from the electrolysis and from the
reforming of the natural gas.

This new engine with hydrogen has several advantages:

- It produces a quantity of hydrogen giving, in automobiles, an autonomy so
important as with oil productions and without important decline of speed;

- It does not require the transport of heavy and dangerous bottle of
hydrogen;

- It requires a small transformation of the current automobiles
(modification of the carburettor and the circuit of escape);

- It does not require a network of service stations (the motorists who can
feed themselves conveys them without any risk);

- Besides the automobile sector, this new hydrogen motor can be used in
numerous domains (engine of planes and helicopters, engine of ships and
submarines (the hydrogen which can be directly produced since the sea
water), engine of locomotives, pumps, etc.);

- The principle of the patent, allowing to obtain a mechanical movement, can
be of use to the domestic and industrial usage (production of electricity
(thermal power stations), domestic and urban heating, cooking (among which
industrial ovens), blowtorches, etc.);

- The produced hydrogen is less expensive than oil productions;

- The combustion of the hydrogen is not polluting.

I know that several inventors claim the same thing but I assure you that my
invention work really and I am at your disposal for a confidential and
private
demontration before an representative of your choice.

Now we come again to politics...
As you might know in Germany one Liter of gasoline has about 83 cents
tax on it !
That is really a shame ! One liter costs now around 1.35 Euros, that is almist 1.50 US$ !
I think we should pressure the governments to lower these taxes !
They should safe spendings on lots of other wasteful things,
but I don?t really want to go to deep into politics over here...

For comparison sake, that would be about $5.68 per gallon (German fuel price) in the USA in US federal reserve notes (dollar bills).
Pump price here in Kansas, USA is about $2.67 a gallon.  That includes Fed and State taxes.
