What I wanted to tell you with PEMHELP I am now going to show you with I0toMax...

With the HELT we created a secondary output which is a fuel, with the I0toMax we are going to create 2 secondary fuel outputs.

One larger than the other, creating a  range, and therefore: a potential difference.

Where there exists a potential difference there exists an opportuniy to extract work..

Where there exists an understanding of Energy Conversion Theory, there exists an opportunity to manipulate energy from one form into another...

In this system...

01 = Heat

Heat = Steam

Steam = Rotary Moment

Rotary Moment = (Electricity = HHO) + (Electricity = HHO)

(2) HHO = (2) Rotary Moment = (2) (Electricity = HHO) + (Electricity = HHO)

By doing 2 things at once we create an alternate path, by doing 2 things at once... more than once... we create alternate, alternate paths... with an energy multiplier present at each input stage...

If creation of a prime mover fuel is involved, then bingo... as long as you have a method to convert from one to another... your evolving...

Yes this design is a next gen HELT and does simplify things somewhat...

The original spherical washers in the Tesla Turbine design have made a return, but instead of being solidly attached to the discs to transfer torque to the shaft, they now float free on their own bearing.

This allows the neodymium magnets to be spun by the fluid pressure and creates a rotating magnetic field, that will create a DC signal in the static coils.

So there is now no need to use a secondary isolating shaft to return the DC back through the I0 plates, and the primary DC output from the PMA can be run into a Dry Cell Bank. This will be the main HHO generation path.

The secondary HHO path created is from the I0toMax itself and powered purely by fluid pressure.

I left the potential for Winglets like Ken Riely uses off the design for clarity, but you can add them to improve rotational conversion efficiency of the main shaft output if you desire.

With the LFV and RotoMax theoretically being able to effectively utilise any amount of HHO produced, this system should work well

I hope people do build it, because I would love to know how well it works

Hi Everyone,

The original I0toMax Architecture shows a Nikola Tesla boundary layer pump.

This could be enhanced using the Disc Coil Generators as shown in the I0toMax to create a HELP powered by rotary moment conversion to fluid pressure and velocity.

HHO generation surface area massively increased and no need for any external to internal electronic wiring at all, or external PMA conversion to electricity.

The I0 plates can either be Positive / Negative in series, or you could easily add Neutral plates to the design via the position of your coil connection points.

Lots of choices so I hope you all enjoy exploring the possibilities...

Hi Everyone,

I have put up an I0toMax Section view for your information. This is the way that I think the Disc Coil Generators will work best.

The amount of energy each DCG will generate will depend on the size of the magnet (more mass = stronger field), the orientation of the magnetic fields (3 choices), the amount of windings in the coil and wire gauge, and the speed the magnets are spun at.

I have included 3 Neutral plates in this 5 Disc design. This allows for a single large cylindrical ring magnet to be used instead of a dedicated individual thin magnet between each disc. This simplifies the design, and reduces losses from the minute clearance required at each end for the magnet and bearing to rotate.

I am not sure which type of magnetic field will be best for this application, my gut feeling is that diametric will work better than axial.

The other option is the 180 phased ring which is designed for the Kundle motor, but these will maybe require custom dimensions and could get expensive to have made.

There is a design facility at HKCM so you can design your own custom magnets and have them fit the design perfectly.

There is the potential to order high temperature magnets up to 350 C

I have included Ken Riely's Winglets on the design, as they will increase the efficiency of conversion to output rotary moment and will also give a very nice deflection of fluid onto the DCG's.
