24-7 Xenon light Self running solar panel test

This idea has been around for a while on this forum and as solar panels are a genuine free energy device,I thought I would give it a go and see if I can make them self-run 

All my equipment has arrived now, I have four solar panels which I will put together to make a box,I will then put one of the Xenon lights In the middle and see if I can make it self sustain.

If anyone would like to work out the mathematical theory based on my equipment it would be appreciated, and interesting to know when I'd do the test in a few days' time, as long as I get the time.
I will be using the small battery which is in very poor condition and could normally only Run the light for a few minutes at best , It is the nearest thing I have to a capacitor battery,
Yes I hate batteries in these types of experiment but if all goes well I will use capacitors later
The big battery will be used to jumpstart the system.
