About 35 min. into the video Mr. Keshe speaks about the Twinity. 
He relates this with a layer of nano particles. 
He then takes those layers of nano particles and stacks them.
As graphene then diamond, graphene then diamond, etc.
He shows these stacked 40,000 layers deep, as capacitor plates,
and states that these layers will collect the full spectrum of
cosmic energy from the environment around us.
From my understanding of electronics and physics this makes perfect sense. 
He states that he has found a way of stacking these layers using plasma
technology similar to the simple coke bottle experiment. 
He also states a panel 1 meter x 0.5 meters in size could put out 3 to 4 KW. of electric power and works at night. 
Someone in the audience tries chewing on it and it holds out.  If we knew how he made this sample
and could replicate this, we would have the endless power supply we need. 
This is what I was hoping to figure out when I first started this thread.
I hope others here will try different combinations of liquids in a plastic bottle
and find the proper substance that builds graphene and diamond layers. 
We know it's done using the plasma in the bottle's gases and not from the liquid at the bottom. 
I have been trying different substances myself but haven't found the right one yet. 
I used Borax, Ammonia, Methyl hydrate, baking soda, carbonated water with sodium hydroxide,
home made boric acid, sugar water, and Vinegar. 
So far I got the best results with the ammonia. 

I'm looking for a substance that would liberate carbon nano particles from the plastic of the bottle
and then deposit then on the copper wire. 
He does mention the use of an AC frequency connected to the terminals in the bottle. 
I think the AC causes the layers to Alternate between graphene and diamond. 

Please people try to contribute with some useful posts of personal experiments and
not keep posting comments on views and opinions.

It's been a long time since I started this thread but I've been waiting for some solid info to share before further posts. 
And here it is.  I replicated Mr. Keshe's nano coated copper technology and build some power cells from it. 
Here is a video of my first cell setup.  This was just a quick test setup, I have the parts ready to set up a new set of cells that use bigger electrodes.
I discovered a very interesting phenomenon while taking oscilloscope readings.  Please watch the video to see my results.
This stuff is so easy to replicate that a little kid could do it, just got to work safe with the Sodium Hydroxide, it can destroy your eye site.
Always wear eye protection if nothing else.
