Not knowing the Method of Operation does not take away the motivation for replication.  It just makes it difficult.
Without M.O. we don't know what to tune for and where the sanity borders are.  There are so many variables to coordinate that hitting upon their correct combination without understanding of M.O. is very improbable. 
We don't even know the yoke frequency, DUC, I & V or a schematic diagram directly from the inventor.

Consequently, it is not surprising that there are not many eager beavers to stumble in the dark.

Did you talk to Itsu?  He already has a circuit like that built (without the Romanov windings, though).

   Yes, I am aware of Itsu's replications. Big shame, I felt, and still feel bad for him after all that great, tidy, and meticulous work.   I commend him for it!  I really do. 
  That is also one of the reasons I'm not just running out and trying to do the same thing, and possibly only obtaining the same results. Zilch!!!
However, this new "no battery no ground" video has me intrigued, to no end, more than ever. And, I can't believe that no one is interested in replicating it, yet.

  While in the meantime our Russians counterparts are on it. I know it, I feel it, and they can help us to decipher this anomaly, if anyone can,   if they want to.

  I'm also on it, day and night, even in my sleep... at times I wish that could sleep, but my mind won't rest until I get this thing going. And I will, one way or another.

Hi Nick,

I applaud your motivation to seek the truth.

I have so many coils, magnets and the like from past 'free energy' experiments that my wife does not dare to enter my workshop in the fear of having an accident, from tripping or electrocution! I know it sounds sad but I spend most days now retired from a day job, on this or that project, including a few that actually earn some money.

I must admit that I've lost a lot of that enthusiasm that you have but I still keep my hand in with experiments on FE projects that I consider interesting enough to keep me occupied and brain active.

  Thank you for your comments.  I understand, as I'm also retired, although of no wish of my own. Difficult situation here, as well. So, this allows me to use my time for what interests me the most. This self running device. As it is almost a miracle in the works.
I am in my lab (kitchen table) 24/7, almost, and even when I'm not there, I'm there.

Nicola Tesla resonant one wire power system is one clue of the secret. The standing wave is second clue. And the voltage source mixed with current source while the standing wave is active is third clue. I wish someone could translate all explanations into English of Romanov videos in http://www.youtube.com/MrRomancorp so perhaps that would shed some more light in the dark for English speakers...
