   Ok, thanks for the information, and links.
  What is needed are the actual specs, in order to replicate this, as to how to go about it.
   My system is not working as I have it.  As the thick 3 turn step down coil on the yoke is taking all the current from the center taped 11 and 11 turn opposing wound coil, and then giving almost no output from it, to be used by my big air coil, from this 3 windings coil on the yoke.
  The number of turn windings on the choke is also needed, as well as its approximate capacitor value.
Is there an aluminum lining inside his big air coil, or not? What size and type material is this lining?
Does the top wire from the air coil go to the bulbs, through what value open ended capacitors, and diode, and then after the bulbs, does it go to earth ground?
  These are some of the many questions, that we need to know. And I'm sure there will be more, also.
  If the akula hand drawn diagram is wrong, then how should it really be? Does akula say it is wrong?
We need an accurate diagram, or schematic, one that is known to work.
  Clear sharp picture(s) of the Akula device would also help. Blurry videos don't help to understand it.
 
  I've studied the Tiger diagrams, as well as viewing his videos, from 2011, but each one is different and I can't understand a word of the videos, unfortunately.

   Is Tiger's diagram that you posted (2013 date) the BEST working most current version to try to replicate? What are the values of all the components. Otherwise it's still a guessing game and impossible to replicate.
  All of Tiger's devices are very different from Akulas, at least that I can observe.

PS: One question: When you made device and need a good Earth-Ground what are you doing. Drill the house floor, stick the copper pipe and make grounding in the ceneter of your room(s)  or go out in the backyard, stick pipe in the Ground, make connection and insert that Ground wire over the window(s) or door(s) in your laboratory.

  Akula has already shown the world that his device WORKS, EVEN WITHOUT A BATTERY, AND NO GROUND.
 
   If there is not actual proof of a hoax,  then please don't toss more water on the fire.  And fire, it is..

   Wesley, like the rest of us, has NO IDEA,  how Akula's device works. As he is not even intending to  replicate it. And discontinued improving and advancing the possibly only true working device, the yoke.That has been shown to produce a free energy output, and able to be replicated, to some degree.
