Nice squares, but nasty spikes.
Also no dead time?   Did you use the TL494, and if so did you hook up pin 3 via the 3.3K to ground and/or pin 5 via 1nF to ground?

I could not get the TL494 I was using to work in the exact configuration shown. I have the 1nF to ground for frequency. Yes a nice beefy front end spike limited by the diode clamp / varistor. The waveform was taken with a 56R 25W resistor across the yoke secondary, getting very hot!


My nano-pulser is now tested and working and I will shortly be looking into the 'P' mosfet problem.

   I'm pointing out that on the red, white, and blue coil on that grenade, (the white wire) on the resonator coil. That coil, there should be two layers of 12, 12 turns, not just a single layer of 20 turns.
  Looks like Ruslan is experimenting on finding the best turn ratios, by building different air coils to try out, instead of adding or removing turns, on the same grenade.
  If he gets them working (both grenades), this might mean that the turns ration may not be that critical, and that possibly the wiring scheme may be more important.

Thought I should start showing my windings of the generator too.
#1 layer 50~60 winds
#2 layer 48 winds
#3 layer 25 winds
#4 layer 24 winds
#5 layer ~13 winds
#6 layer 12 winds

2.5mm² stranded wire.
Inductor is also 2.5mm² but not shown here, removed it , wanted a better better winding. but is around 20~ to 25 winds 2x .

Will be uploading for some detailed specifications of the coiling.
