Hi Hoppy. A few different people have been to Akula's house and inspected his ground
connection on his well pipe right up close and in person. His ground wire is just twisted
on to the well pipe coming out of the ground. If not, people who inspected this would likely
have noticed something unusual there. I can't say for sure that both Ruslan and Akula have
not used a powerful tesla coil hidden in their closet or whatever, but Akula has brought
his devices to Germany and people have inspected them there as well. Not so likely Akula
could set up a hidden tesla coil at their office building in Germany without someone noticing something fishy...

Don't forget the part of Akula also demonstrating some of his devices to
people at their own office in Germany. It is not my concern whether people
believe or not believe, but if people are going to post possibilities about how they think
something has been cheated, it at least has to be consistent with known facts.
I personally am more concerned with the technical details and what is really going on
in these devices which we know a lot of detail about now, than speculation and belief or
non belief or whatever.
