  I know what you mean, but if you have not started with the main induction part of the circuit, as yet,  ok, get your ground/grenade/kacher circuit working, then move on to getting the induction crt built.  I did it the other way around, and my circuits are both working, but no extra power coming out, yet.

Nick, Do Not Trust Akula. It is not his intention to show complete setup. He also makes mistakes in his schematics for purpose.  For 100% Ruslans version needs ground. Without yoke your 20W bulb should be very bright or burn off. I have the rest parts made just I went back to roots. When I will have my ground sorted and I will move further I will be sure the potential problem with my output is not a grounding.

I suspect it is because the earth is AC. It is one plate of an AC capacitor. The other plate is the ionosphere. This is different to an earth battery concept. If you replace the cap with a HF HV diode the effect should stop. If you put in a bridge rectifier instead, you may be able to tap off energy from the DC part of the bridge. You should certainly get power up to 39R - hopefully without affecting input draw.

Good suggestion to try an HV diode, which I had not originally tried. Placing a microwave HV diode in series with the inductor lead to ground does slightly attenuate the voltage across the bulb. However, the energy is still flying across the diode when connected in both directions. one interesting observation is that the peak voltage across the bulb (when inductor lead is directly grounded) will not rise above about 150V. During daylight hours today I was getting over 200V, so a drop of some 50V between day and night. Reminds me of the Bedini effect.
