Hi everyone.
I have made some bucked coil on the piece of PVC pipe. Around 2x130 urns of 0.2mm wire and 6 turns of primary.
I use the Signal generator through the opto-couple to Moset IRFP460.
My input is 24 volt battery, consumption around 0.3A. I measured the current going through the bucked coils (small analog meter) and it is in its maximum  ( =>  0.5A)  The bulb connected to the central tap and the second end to one terminal of my capacitor bank. The high voltage is around 2KV. My aim here is not to lit the bulb, rather to reach as much HV with as less consumption.  Also , I have used some inductor +magnet between my Base of Mosfet an optocouple signal output. It significantly improved the output.  So, pay attention what is going to your base. Also ,what happened to me today , I accidentally disconnected the signal generator and the device was sill running- so it probably cached some self resonance.  What also surprise me, I have small coil with LED. On top-outside it barely light, but as I get over the edge to the inner part of tube it light very brightly. Some ideas in my head for the weekend

This should be the final missing link i am looking for.This video reveal how high voltage nanosecond pulse is obtained from kacher.

It's 500volts per division and nanosecond pulse width is around 200ns which peaks around 1kv+.
This is the interesting part the HV probe which is connected to outer coil\antenna is showing around 34khz.

Period 1/1700000=588ns .At around 200ns pulse width this is about 1/3 of 588ns. 

The mini scope probe is showing below 5volts peak which is connected to the base of the kacher transistor.

I have failed to implement a "high frequency common choke" for +/- supply to my kacher circuit.During early stage of my experiment i have used RF toroid(red) which can handle 0.25 to 10Mhz.
No heating on toroid was detected since RF toroid core won't get saturated at below 2Mhz for kacher.


This video does support Ruslan description of the nanosecond pulse from kacher.Yes Ruslan did hide full information.

Time to make small modification on my kacher circuit with existing nanosecond generator providing the pulse to base of kacher transistor.

I have tried a plastic bottle cap with salt water for the experiment and same results ,
In anycase almost done with my High speed driver for the Ruslan/Akula experiments. This will be exiting !
