What is the purpose of the red dangly wires??

Check at 3:13, the red wires are used to connect the 12V battery used to start the device...............

After that , they are not connected to anything.

I think that is the wires he uses for the startup battery, it starts the 5volt and 12volt supplies to the electronics, The hidden internal battery then can supply the main power to the output fets, then the output is fed back to the 5 volt and 12 volt supply circuits then he disconnects the startup battery. Just my opinion of course it could be an impossible free energy device. The black ground wire on the left keeps the device from floating to a high voltage due to the hv from the tesla antenna radiating all over everything. So you don't get zapped with a large static charge when handling it.
This is why we have no replications of anyone with efficiency above 80%? We have complete schematic and build instructions.  This is also why there are always closed boxes in the videos with bulbs lit.
Can anyone prove that a tesla antenna is anything more than a step up transformer/ transmitter.? I have never seen power magnification in any tesla setup. It is very possible tesla was in the progress of inventing transmitters and thought he could light bulbs without loading the transmitter. The simple microwave ovens of today should be proof to everyone that receivers can load down a transmitter. For example many potatoes in the microwave heat slower than one. Many more examples can be made to show this.

   Looks like Ruslan continues to progress and has been very buzy working on all of this.
  He seams to have enough money to buy all those components and parts, and to afford to have the the circuits built for him. 
Nice BMW, as well. Unlike Akula's old VW. I thought that by now, Akula would be driving a Mercedes, and living in a new house.
   
   There's strong HV going to the bulbs, and lots of capacitors in Ruslan's driver circuits.
   I doubt that we'll be able to replicate his grenade driver circuit now, as it's getting more and more complicated,  and each
new circuit is different from the previous one.  Need to contact Oleg, to see if he is willing to help us with these drivers boards, as well.
Otherwise, it may take forever to get it right.

Hi Nick. I am experimenting with some other things these days. I still check into this thread periodically
to see how people are making out. I may get back to this further on once I have some more time.
Good to see you and others are still experimenting away at this. I don't know whether Ruslan ever really had anything
self running, but if Akula did then it may not be what he showed that makes it work, but what he kept to himself.

Yes, they are indeed the start-up battery leads but I wondered if they had any thin HV wires connected to them running off into the trees. Not likely I know and much more likely that he has a supply and return in the earth wire, which on close inspection on the latest video, looks like a multi-core cable. Notice that the green / yellow earth PVC tape is wrapped close to the earth termination at the box in the first video but is not there in the latest video. I think it possible that he doctored the end of the stripped earth cable in the first video, so that the outer sheath and inner conductor(s) are picked-up in the box. In the latest video he could have re-stripped the cable to look like a single multi-stranded conductor.
