Would it be humanly possible on here  to focus on just this device! Rather than sarcasm, one would think to have a senior status of know how, Would such a person of experience on theses pages be able to explain how they perceive how such a device in question actually works and describe any pit falls a explicator could follow a senior advisors instruction on building such a device might be constructed.
first of all how would the novice go about winding the Tesla coil and the amount of turns used ect and wire gauge and wave length or part of wave length ect also could the senior advisor explain how to wind the outer white coil of wire it's length and diameter and what bearing this coil might have on the rest of the circuit ect, should the senior advisor also comment on how the novice would power the Tesla coil is it pulsed at a particular frequency or is it running all the time at any old frequency.

With Russian interpreter and YT link to conference I gave it is possible to follow build and tuning explanations from Ruslan himself then see where you can get with effect replication.

Did Kapanadze wind Tesla coils when he discovered that OU effect? Or did he rather connect together some three-phase transformers and some three-phase capacitors (like Stepanov)?

Zeitmaschine, Time machine they were not just any old transformers they were 'C' cores, they do not behave like any other laminated 'T" and 'U' laminated device owing to the loose coupling technique used, before any one wastes valuable resources down that avenue incorrectly informed.

Then use C-Core transformers for experimenting. Still no need for self-made (Tesla) coils.
