Kapanadze Cousin - DALLY FREE ENERGY

   What voltage are you using for your Kacher input, 12v, 24, from a battery or PS?
   The heating of the transistor can be lowered by increasing the resistor value of the transistor's base resistor. 

   Anyone that can't get much light output from at CFL placed next to the Kacher secondary, can try adding some flyback ferrite pieces into the Kacher's pvc pipe, which can then be adjusted for best light, or for best frequency.  The best brightest light may not be the best running frequency, so you can adjust the kacher frequency, with ferrite pieces to see the best "effect", that it's pulses are causing on the grenade.  Also, less voltage is needed to have the same effect as using a higher voltage, and having transistor overheating issues. Lower resistor value to the transistor base, as well.
  So, the Kacher's frequency can be adjusted, by changing turn counts, moving ferrite pieces in the former pvc pipe, and adjusting the trim pots on the Kacher circuit.
  The Kacher's ferrite tuning balun is there for a purpose, so don't just skip it. 
It may also count as the 4th Tesla coil. Or not?

  Question:  Although I don't have my scope yet, I do have access to a function generator.
Is this something that would help me to tune my device? And if so, how would I go about it?

My input was around 1.5-2A @ 24V
I used 24V - two small 12V led 7Ah bateries in serial. 

Regarding to my Kacher, sure I was tuning it by variable resistor to the base.  But this also change the shape of the signal on the collector. I found the sweet spot between consumption and output power (just to see the CFL illuminate)

Yes , the ferite core with two opposite coils at the entry of my kacher has also impact on the output. I had to rewind mine with the couple turns of  thicker wire. Any other type was overheating.

I remember there was some suggestion to use several  parallel power transistors 3055 in UFOPolitics cold electricity device. Just curious if the same would help here to to get of the heat. As the transistor warms up, it also change characteristics and this is not desirable.

  That's interesting that your ferrite rod wires are getting hot. I've never had any heat on those coils.
Are those turns made with copper wire. Maybe try different wire, but with the same amount of original number of turns, 5 and 4 turns.  I think that solid copper insulated wire may work best.

  I'm only using 12v input for now, as I don't want to fry my fets yet, using higher voltages.
But, I notice that it may take a higher voltage to actually trigger the effect, which does not show itself when only using 12v. As the voltage can drop to less than 12v, and when the load from the bulbs is fully on, sometimes for me, it can drop down to 10.5 volts, or less. My push-pull can still run down to about 8v, even while lighting some bulbs, (25w and a 50w bulbs) on as little as 2 amps, as I've shown in one of my videos. Of course those bulbs aren't fully bright.

The way I read it is the Tesla coil must have 1/2 or 1/4 the length of the wire as the grenade coil.  I went with 1/2 because 1/4 appears way too short.  From what you are implying, I should forget about wire length and focus on wavelength calculated using the speed of light and desired frequency.  So which way is correct?

For now I think I will stick with the Kacher method, tune the primary and secondary best I can and see what happens.

credible replications of a device similar to Kapanadze were the ones done by Akula where several people

Kapanadze is known to want money just to view his devices. Have you already contacted Kapanadze? If so, what
did he say to you?
